4. Record Sensor ID and Location

Use the attached Sensor Report to fill out the Sensor ID

Mark out 2 coordinates on the floor plan and write dimensions from the sensor to 2 physical fixed features (walls, doors, column, etc). Record this on the physical printout plan and in the checklist sheet. 

All photos of sensors installed, as well as reports, should be emailed to [e-mail]
