In addition to the dashboard reports available in the XY Sense analytics platform web application, XY Sense also provides a rich API to enable live sensor data feeds to be integrated with your organization’s data warehouse, existing BI systems, IWMS, space booking systems or other integrations you are thinking of.
There are 3 options available:
- Live Occupancy GraphQL API
- Live Occupancy Webhooks
- Analytics API
Integrating Live XY Sense occupancy data (every 2s)
The XY Sense Live GraphQl API includes the ability to request:
- information on floors, locations, and spaces
- current occupancy information per space
- recent occupancy events/history, filtered by floor, location, time range (from/to) or rank (ie/ latest 100)
The Live Webhook API allows customers to set up event-style callbacks for occupancy changes removing the need for polling.
Integrating historical aggregated XY Sense occupancy data
The Analytics API provides aggregated historical occupancy data as an Analytics Time Series in 1min, 5min, hourly and daily granularity for ease of use for building reports and metrics in external visualization tools and applications.
