Portal Issues - Web Error Logs

If you experiencing any issues with the XY Sense Portal, if you can please send us a screen shot of the errors which are presented, this will greatly help us in understanding the issue. 

Instructions on how to find the error logs in Chrome can be found on the below video:

 

 

Google Chrome 

  1. On Chrome, click on the three dots icon from the upper-right corner of the web browser.
  2. Then, click on More tools > Developer Tools. The Developer Tools panel opens.
  3. Navigate to the bottom of the panel to view the console

 

Microsoft Edge

  1. On Microsoft Edge, click on the three dots icon from the upper-right corner of the web browser.
  2. Then, click on More tools > Developer Tools. The Developer Tools panel opens.
  3. From the Developer panel, click on the Console tab.
