What do the various coloured dots and icons mean?

What do the icons represent?

Circular icon with no letters represents an Area Sensor

Rectangular icon with two dots represents an Entry Sensor

Circular icon with a P represents a Presence sensor (not a current offering, reserved for future use) 
Square icon with a Q represents an Air Quality sensor (not a current offering, reserved for future use) 

What do the colours on the icons indicate?

No dot

  • No sensor is assigned, this is a placeholder only

Green dot in Green fill icon

  • Data is being received
  • Sensor has been activated
 

Orange dot in Green fill icon

  • Data has been received recently, but is not as frequent as expected. 
  • Sensor has been activated

This status, if prolonged, could indicate an issue with the sensor and impact the completeness of data for the live via and analytics for this floor. 

Red dot in Green Fill Icon

  • Data is not being received 
  • Sensor has been activated

This status could indicate an issue with the sensor and impact the completeness of data for the live via and analytics for this floor. 

Green dot in blue fill icon

  • Data is being received 
  • Sensor has not been activated (not contributing to live view or analytics).

This status indicates that the sensor, once calibrated, is ready for use.

Orange dot in Grey fill icon

  • Data has been received recently, but is not as frequent as expected. 
  • Sensor has not been activated (not contributing to live view or analytics).

This status indicates that the sensor was connected recently. This can be expected while installation is in progress (ie/ power/data was recently connected but is now off.)

Red dot in Grey fill icon

  • Data is not being received 
  • Sensor has not been activated (not contributing to live view or analytics).

This status is typically only expected during early stages of an installation.
