Logging in with email and password

When you are first added as a user to the XY Sense Platform, you will receive an email with a temporary password. This email can sometimes end up in your junk/spam folder, so please be sure to check there. The email comes from [e-mail]

Please click on the link in the email to set up your password, you will now use this password for future logins

NOTE: The email address is case sensitive, and will need to be entered exactly as it appears on the email

NOTE: The temporary password is valid for 7 days before it will expire

Logging in with SSO 

If SSO has been configured for your organization account, navigate to https://app.xysense.io/ and click Sign in with <SSO Provider e.g. Azure AD>.

You will be redirected to your SSO provider to complete sign in.

If you reach the XY Sense application and receive this message, please contact your customer administrator to grant you the appropriate permissions to view the application.
