How can I update a floorplan?

Sometimes you will need to update the background floorplan image for a floor. This can be used when spaces are changed on the floor, or when an inaccuracy needs to be corrected.

This update can be done directly in our app, with the process outlined in the video below:

Steps:

1. Go to the Manage Spaces page for the floor you want to update
2. Open the menu and select "Add new floorplan"
3. Upload the new floorplan in a .PNG format
4. Place the three points on each floorplan to set up the alignment. Take extra care to make sure the points you select are in identical places on each floorplan and that the points are in a triangle formation.
5. Review the new mapped spaces alignment in the review section. Make sure to check a variety of spaces across the floorplan to ensure adequate alignment of all spaces.
6. Adjust the date at which you would like this floorplan to be present. This sets the beginning date at which the updated floorplan will be present. 
7. Press save to finalize the floorplan update.
