Add a sensor location (area & entry)

Usually the sensor locations are pre loaded in the Portal, but in some circumstances you might need to add a new sensor location. 

1. Navigate to the installation Floor

2. Select the menu button 

3. Select Manage Sensors 

4. On the tool bar select the correct icon for the type of sensor you are placing - Area sensor or Entry Sensor 

Note you can also use keyboard shortcuts

"2" for area sensor

"3" for entry sensor

5. Double click on the floorplan to add the sensor to that location 

6. You can then select assign sensor to add the sensor details 

7. Enter the serial id and sensor height 

8. Click Add
