- Navigate to the dashboard of choice and select 'Schedule Delivery' from the dropdown hamburger menu
- Apply settings for the scheduled email via the popup. Select options for the below;
- Recurrence - how often the email gets sent
- Time - the time it is sent
- Destination - select Email
- Email addresses - add list of email addresses of recipients for the reports
- Format - options for PDF, CSV or PNG available
3.Navigate to the filters page to apply filters on this report; this will inherit the current filters applied to the dashboard
4.Apply final settings
- Delivery timezone - set timezone for delivery of report
- Custom Message - any advanced options including ability to write a custom message, adjust the export paper size and set the delivery timezone
- Expand tables to show all rows - tick this to ensure data is not cut off for the reports
- Paper size - recommend fit page to dashboard
