Export XY Sense Data

The options for data export are currently

 

Live data via Occupancy API

Data comes as occupancy events from every 2s. The API consumer will needs to aggregate and apply rules to produce analytics from the data. For more information on our API please click here

Aggregated data via Analytics API (24 hr data available) 

Data comes aggregated in 1min, 5min, hourly and daily granularity. Analytics data contains aggregated occupancy metrics for the requested interval, including;

• Min, Max, and Average Occupant Counts
• Occupied duration
  
  
• Per minute  - max 7 days per request (24 hr data available) 
• Per 5 minutes - max 7 days per request (24 hr data available) 
• Per hour - max 31 days per request, filtered to exclude walk-bys and out-of-hours activity 
• Per day - max 365 days per request, filtered to exclude walk-bys and out-of-hours activity 

All requests are scoped to a building and results are paged (max page size of 100,000 records). For more information on our API please click here

Manual CSV export of dashboard data (24 hour data available) 

This provides the granular daily and hourly data from spaces from the dashboard   

• Navigate to "Analytics"
• Navigate to the desired Dashboard 
• Apply filters to the dashboard to set the parameters for the data download  
• Click Extra Daily and Hourly data button located at bottom of the dashboard

Manual CSV export of individual chart/tile data via Analytics dashboards

This downloads aggregated data from charts of choice. 

• Navigate to "Analytics"
• Navigate to the desired Dashboard 
• Apply filters to the dashboard to set the parameters for the data download  
• Click on the 3 dots on the required data tile
• • Click Download Data 
  • Select CSV 
  • Click Download
