Building Level Access Controls (May '24)

 

Ability for users with Manage Users or Admin permissions to limit user access by building(s) in the portfolio (both Customer and Partner users)

• Restrict user access to specified building(s)
• Grant user access to all buildings including new buildings
• Restricted users will only be able to access data and manage users for buildings they have access to
• Restricted users cannot have permissions ManageAPI, WriteExternalAPI, ManageCustomers (Partners) and Admin permissions, these will be automatically discarded once user access is restricted

Ability to configure building(s) access for SSO users

• Additional option for default restricted permissions and buildings data access for SSO users logging in for the first time. Permissions and access to building(s) is then granted in XY Sense via Admin tab by the customer admin
