PSL Updates (Jan '23)

• Improvements to the way PSLs are archived/unarchived & converted to floors in the admin app
• PSL list -> new action menu to archive/unarchive and checkbox filter to include archived PSLs in list & search results
• PSL view -> Unarchive from action menu and prevent floors without location from being converted into installation floors
• Customer Overview -> PSL tab now shares same functionality as PSL view (filtered to customer)
• Fix for floor location selector, now limits location options to those from the same customer and validates that location exists and that it belongs to the same customer as the floor
