How to power cycle a hub

When sensors have gone offline sometime a power cycle will be required for the sensors to come back online. 

Please follow the steps below for how to power cycle a hub: 

1. Locate the hub device you want to reset. 
   It will usually be in a server room and mounted on a wall as pictured below.

2. Turn the hub off using the power button which the hub is connected to.

3. Wait a few seconds for the hub to fully power down.

4. Turn the hub back on by turning on the power.

5. Allow the hub to power on again.

6. Check if the hub is functioning properly by checking the app.
